Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement, for example by email or letter, addressed to fexon e.K., owner Christian Fischer, An der Eisbahn 8, 07973 Greiz, Germany, email info@fexobox.de.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice, subject to statutory deductions where services have already begun at your request.

The right of withdrawal can expire once the individually prepared and dispatched service has started, subject to the applicable statutory requirements. Date changes and cancellations may also be governed by the cancellation rules in the rental terms.

I/we hereby withdraw from the contract concluded by me/us for the rental of a fexobox photo booth. Name, address, reservation number, date and signature may be added by the customer.
