Process & booking
Choose your date in the calendar, select your package and reserve the photo booth without paying immediately. The reservation stays open for 14 days. Once payment is completed, the fexobox is confirmed for your event.
The calendar checks availability automatically. If the date is free, you can continue the booking online right away.
Delivery is planned so that the fexobox arrives in time before your event. You receive tracking information as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Yes. During the final order you can enter a delivery address that differs from the billing address.
After the party, pack the fexobox with all props and unused printing material. The exact return process depends on the booking country and is shown in your booking and parcel instructions.
No. If your event is on a Friday, the return is normally prepared for the following Monday according to the return instructions.
The booking country is selected separately from the website language. Germany, Austria and France each have their own country version with their own prices, delivery and return rules. English is only a website language and does not create a UK booking country.
Prices & payment
The price depends on your selected date and is shown directly in the calendar. Delivery, return handling, props, USB stick and the services of the selected package are included. There are no hidden costs.
Prices are calculated according to demand and availability. The calendar always shows the current price for your selected date.
Yes. After payment, the invoice is sent by email using the billing details entered during checkout.
Yes. During the booking process you can request a written quote and enter your company details. The quote is generated automatically as a PDF and sent by email.
No. We do not charge a deposit. You only pay the displayed rental price.
You can move the date while the box has not yet been shipped and a new date is available. If you do not know the new date yet, we can find a suitable solution according to the applicable terms.
Technology & setup
A photo booth is a self-service camera station with a touchscreen and, depending on the package, a printer. Guests take photos themselves and can print them directly during the event.
No. The touchscreen guides guests with a live preview and countdown. They can start a session, view the photos and choose whether to print.
No. The fexobox is designed for self-service use. You only need to check paper and ribbon from time to time if your package includes printing, which takes about a minute.
The photo booth must stay dry and protected. Outdoor setup is only suitable in a covered, stable location away from moisture.
Around 1.5 x 1 metre is enough for setup. For group photos, allow a little more distance in front of the camera.
Yes. A standard power socket is enough for normal fexobox operation.
Photos & prints
All photos are saved on the supplied USB stick. After the event, simply remove the USB stick and keep the digital files.
The prints are 15 x 10 cm and produced in studio quality.
The printer uses thermal dye-sublimation technology with colour layers and a protective finish. Prints can be handled immediately.
Depending on the package and available options, print layouts can be configured differently. The full digital images are always saved on the USB stick.
The usage rights to the photos belong to you. We do not use images for advertising without permission.
Design & props
The online designer lets you choose a background and add text, shapes and your own graphics. After reserving, you can prepare the design in your customer account.
Yes. You can create a file in your own graphics software and upload it, as long as it follows the required dimensions and photo areas.
We include around 30 props such as glasses, hats and fun small items. They must be returned with the photo booth after the event.
